Delicious sausage egg and cheese breakfast sliders with a sweet syrup glaze. These sliders are easy to make, perfect for breakfast or brunch, and ideal for feeding a crowd. Featuring Hawaiian sweet rolls, Jimmy Dean sausage, eggs, and colby jack cheese, these sliders are sure to be a hit.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 12 roll packages of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 2 - 16 oz Jimmy Dean Sausage Original flavor
  • 12-14 large eggs
  • 1- 11 count package Great Value colby jack cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally; place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • Scramble eggs in a separate pan until fully cooked.
  • Layer sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese slices on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  • Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  • Melt butter and mix with syrup; brush over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

 

  • Customize with your favorite cheese or add vegetables for extra flavor.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated.
