1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
