Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Crust:
    • 1 pkg active dry yeast
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 cup warm water
    • 2½ cups bread flour
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt
  • For the Toppings:
    • 1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips
    • 2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 7 slices provolone cheese
    • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
    • 1 tbsp oil
  • For the Sauce:
    • Oil/drippings from meat/veggies
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • ½ cup milk
    • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
    • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • ½ tsp garlic salt
    • ½ tsp pepper
    • ½ tsp Slap Ya Mama

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Prepare the Toppings:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sliced flank steak until browned, then set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the green bell peppers and onion until tender.
  • Make the Sauce:
Use the drippings from the skillet to make the sauce. Add heavy cream, milk, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic salt, pepper, and Slap Ya Mama®. Simmer until thickened.
  • Assemble the Pizza:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Spread the sauce over the crust. Top with cooked steak, peppers, onions, provolone slices, and shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • Substitute flank steak with ribeye for a more tender texture.
  • Adjust the amount of Slap Ya Mama® seasoning to taste.
  • Use a pizza stone for a crispier crust.
