Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Bread crumbs
  • Egg
  • Onion (chopped)
  • Ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Macaroni
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Press into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes.
  • While the meatloaf is baking, cook the macaroni.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour, and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk, then stir in cheese until melted.
  • Mix cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and spread over the meatloaf.
  • Bake an additional 20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Serve hot.
