This copycat Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan-crusted chicken recipe features tender, juicy chicken breasts with a rich, cheesy crust.   • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  • In another bowl, combine the ranch dressing and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread the ranch-Parmesan mixture over each chicken breast, then sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Top with shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
