Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen and thawed)

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)

  • ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 5 cups cold water

  • Ice cubes, for serving

  • Fresh mint and lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the raspberries and peaches with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds and pulp.

  3. Stir in the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

  4. Add the remaining cold water and stir well.

  5. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

  7. Serve over ice, garnished with mint and lemon slices if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness based on your taste and the ripeness of the fruit.

  • For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with soda water just before serving.

  • You can make this drink a day ahead for deeper flavor.
