Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are an irresistible blend of juicy beef, melted cheese, and savory garlic butter, all baked inside soft dough. Perfect for quick dinners, appetizers, or game-day snacks!

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  • Mix the beef with shredded cheddar cheese and let it cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and seal edges.
  • Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the bombs. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
