1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
Mix the beef with shredded cheddar cheese and let it cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and seal edges.
Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the bombs. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
