  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth (for au jus)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional for thicker au jus)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the buns.
  4. Top with the remaining bun halves.
  5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
