  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup black beans (optional)

Instructions

  • Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, mix chipotle in adobo sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and olive oil. Coat the chicken breasts evenly and let marinate for 30 minutes.
