  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the rolls. Top with cheddar cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the beef and cheese layer. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use American cheese or Swiss cheese as substitutes for cheddar.
  • Add pickles or lettuce for extra crunch.
  • Serve with ketchup, mayo, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
