2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken slices and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
