This delightful Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea is a fruity twist on a classic iced tea, blending the juicy sweetness of ripe peaches with the tart brightness of raspberries. Infused with bold black tea and sparkling peach nectar, it's a non-alcoholic take on the famous Bellini cocktail. Perfect for brunch, picnics, or summer afternoons.
3 cups water
3 black tea bags
1 cup peach nectar or juice
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2 peaches, sliced
1–2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Boil water and steep the black tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool.
In a pitcher, combine the brewed tea, peach nectar, raspberries, and peach slices.
Stir in sweetener if using. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
Use white tea or green tea for a lighter flavor.
Sparkling peach water can replace still peach nectar for a fizzy twist.
Mash raspberries slightly before mixing for a more intense flavor.
Alcoholic option: Add a splash of Prosecco or peach schnapps.
