  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • ½ cup raspberry preserves
  • Fresh raspberries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla extract. Mix in melted white chocolate.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drop raspberry preserves by spoonfuls on top and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.

  • You can substitute raspberry preserves with fresh raspberries if preferred.
  • Chill bars for a minimum of 4 hours to allow them to set properly before slicing.
