Ingredients

  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Frito Corn Chips
  • Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Finely Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • Pinto Beans
  • Salsa
  • Minced Garlic Cloves
  • Optional Toppings: Chopped cilantro, guacamole, shredded lettuce, sour cream, jalapenos, lime wedges, diced avocado, black olives, additional salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
