½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup melted butter
½ cup milk

½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, melted butter, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Spread the sweet potato mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
For the topping, mix flour, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the sweet potato layer.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the topping is golden and the casserole is heated through.
