  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and mushrooms until softened.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
