  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: 1 cup frozen peas or green beans

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until soft.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until well combined.
