  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.

  2. Spoon the cream mixture into the pre-baked tart crust and spread it evenly.

  3. Arrange fresh raspberries over the top of the cream filling.
