Make the perfect Summer Grilled Salmon with Dill Sauce – a fresh, healthy seafood recipe with a zesty, creamy dill dressing.
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, honey, garlic, and fresh dill to make the dill sauce.
Serve the grilled salmon with a generous spoonful of dill sauce on top.
For extra flavor, you can marinate the salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, and dill for 30 minutes before grilling.
This recipe pairs well with roasted vegetables or a light salad.
