Strawberry Kiss Cookies are buttery, melt-in-your-mouth treats with a fruity strawberry flavor and a Hershey’s kiss on top. Perfect for holidays or everyday indulgence!

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely ground
  • Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Mix in egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
  • Combine flour, salt, and ground freeze-dried strawberries in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  • Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie while warm.
  • Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze-dried strawberries give a concentrated flavor and color.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For extra variety, try white chocolate kisses or other flavors.
