This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy, delicious dessert with layers of sweet strawberries, creamy cheesecake, and a buttery cake topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

 

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the dish.
  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the strawberries.
  • Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter and milk over the cake mix. Do not stir.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

 

  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
