1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 spring onions, sliced
1 tbsp cornstarch (for coating beef)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
