  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
  • 1 cup queso dip or shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Taco shells or tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, avocado

Instructions
