  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 24 dinner rolls, split
  • ½ cup sliced pickles (Optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion soup mix, shredded Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  • Press the beef mixture into a large rectangle on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the beef is no longer pink, about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and drain any excess grease.
  • Cut the beef into 24 small squares.
  • Place each square on a split dinner roll and top with a pickle slice if desired.
  • Serve immediately.
