This Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake is a flavorful, cheesy, and garlicky seafood dish. Juicy shrimp, buttery garlic sauce, and pasta are baked to perfection with a crispy golden top. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions!

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or linguine)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
  • Pour in white wine (if using) and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; cook until sauce thickens.
  • Toss pasta with the shrimp mixture and transfer to the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • Substitute white wine with chicken broth if desired.
  • Add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
