  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottom intact.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.
  4. Layer with roast beef and provolone cheese. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
