Make the ultimate Rachel Sandwich, a mouthwatering twist on the classic Reuben, featuring tender turkey, tangy coleslaw, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing. Perfectly toasted for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 oz deli-sliced turkey breast
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 4 tbsp Russian dressing
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Russian dressing on one side of each slice of rye bread.
  2. Layer 2 slices of Swiss cheese, 4 oz of turkey, and ½ cup coleslaw on two of the bread slices.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices, dressing side down.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
