  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • Orange candy melts or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
  • Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely.
  • Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper.
  • Optionally, drizzle orange candy melts or sprinkle pumpkin spice on top for decoration.
  • Let the Oreo balls set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
