  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 8-10 frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; bring to a boil.
  • Add mushrooms and potstickers, simmer for 5-7 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
  • Stir in bok choy and cook for 2 more minutes until wilted.
  • Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
