Make these easy and delicious Philly Cheese Steak Sliders packed with juicy steak, caramelized onions, bell peppers, and gooey provolone cheese, all served on soft slider buns. Perfect for parties, game days, or quick family dinners!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak or roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add steak to the same skillet, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned.
  5. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer steak, sautéed veggies, and provolone cheese over the buns. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  7. Melt the remaining butter and brush over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Substitute provolone cheese with mozzarella or cheddar if preferred.
  • Use pre-cooked roast beef for a quicker option.
  • Add mushrooms for an extra flavor boost.
