Make delicious Pepperoni Pizza Bombs with gooey mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and golden biscuit dough. A quick and easy snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

 

  • ¼ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a slice of pepperoni and some cheese in the center.
  • Fold the dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush each pizza bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

 

  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use pizza dough instead of biscuits for a different texture.
  • Add jalapeños or olives for extra flavor.

 

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven.
