  • 3 cups fresh peaches (about 6 peaches)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 cups cold water (divided)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
  • Ice (optional)
  • FOR GARNISHING:
    • lemon slices
    • fresh peach slices
    • fresh mint

Instructions

  • Peel and pit the peaches, then blend them into a smooth puree.
  • In a large pitcher, combine peach puree, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  • Add 3 cups of cold water to the mixture and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour in the lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of cold water, mixing well.
  • Refrigerate the lemonade for at least an hour to chill.
