2 cups fresh or canned diced peaches
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp cornstarch
Topping:
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk, water, butter, and egg. Mix until dough forms.
Knead dough 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let dough rise 1 hour in a warm place until doubled.
