  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  • Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
