  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 8 oz noodles (spaghetti or lo mein)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  • Add noodles and let simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Return chicken to the pot and mix in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
  • Swap chicken for shrimp or tofu for variety.
