2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
8 oz noodles (spaghetti or lo mein)
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 green onions (chopped)
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Add noodles and let simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.
Return chicken to the pot and mix in cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Drizzle with sesame oil, then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy!
