  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 4 cups low sodium beef broth
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 8 ounces egg noodles (or other dry pasta)
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add butter, onions, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Sprinkle flour and paprika over the beef mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour in white wine, stirring to deglaze the pot.
  • Add beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Add egg noodles and cook until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream and cook until heated through.
