  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken breasts for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add rice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  4. Nestle chicken breasts back into the skillet on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20–25 minutes, or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
