  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add uncooked macaroni and stir. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  • If using, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
