For the Crepes:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Nutella Cream Filling:
1/2 cup Nutella
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, lightly grease, and pour 1/4 cup batter. Swirl to coat.
Cook each side for about 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
