  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked until crispy)
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sear the chicken breasts until golden on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Brush each chicken breast generously with BBQ sauce.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
