Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic and ginger to the beef, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Pour the sauce over the beef.
  • Stir cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Add to the skillet and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Toss cooked noodles with the beef mixture until evenly coated.
