  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
