  • 1.5 lb green beans (fresh or frozen), steamed
  • 1 cup French fried onions (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup crumbled bacon (divided)

Sauce Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the mushroom soup, sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Stir in the steamed green beans, half of the French fried onions, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
  • In the final 5 minutes, add the remaining fried onions and bacon on top, then bake until golden and crispy.
