1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a double boiler until smooth.
Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well.
Chill mixture in the fridge for 2 hours or until firm.
Scoop and roll into small balls.
Coat truffles in powdered sugar. Chill before serving.
