  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons (juice and zest)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest, stirring well.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in butter to create a smooth sauce.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the chicken, and cook for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
