  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

 

  • Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or tortilla chips.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, top with more shredded cheese before baking.
  • Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.

 

  • Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
