1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (3 pound) corned beef brisket with spice packet
Instructions
Place the corned beef brisket in the Instant Pot.
Add the water, beer, garlic, and contents of the spice packet.
Seal the Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 90 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
Remove the corned beef, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
