1 pizza crust
1 ½ cups pulled pork (leftover from slow cooker pulled pork)
½ cup BBQ sauce
16 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
Olive oil
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Sauté the sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, and pressed garlic in olive oil until softened.
Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza crust.
Evenly distribute the pulled pork over the sauce.
