This healthy chicken and broccoli stir fry is a delicious, protein-packed meal loaded with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Made with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a savory stir-fry sauce, it's a quick and easy dish perfect for busy weeknights.
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, chicken broth, and sesame oil.
Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir well. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot.
