  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
  • Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken on each side until golden brown (2–3 minutes per side).
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
